The world is coming together to take measures to support the health and safety of humankind. We have implemented a number of procedures at our offices to limit exposure to the COVID-19 Virus for our employees and clients. These procedures are consistent with our Business Continuity Plan created years ago to deal with natural disasters and other emergencies like the one we face today.
 
We have in place the systems, procedures, and teams to continue to provide outstanding uninterrupted services to you. Over the years, StrategIQ® has purposefully invested in remote access technology, cloud-based data infrastructure, and cybersecurity systems, adopted policies and procedures, and implemented training so that its team members can work remotely.
 
We have adopted the following actions. The number of team members in certain offices have been reduced to implement social distancing. All other team members have been instructed to work from other locations or home offices. Conference attendance and business travel of team members have been canceled. Team members have been instructed to follow CDC guidelines or applicable laws regarding local travel or social distancing. All internal company meetings among team members are being conducted via telephone or video conference. All client meetings are being conducted via telephone or video conference. These measures will continue until no longer necessary according to guidance from the CDC or applicable authorities.
 
Our thoughts and prayers go out to those infected with COVID-19, their families and friends, and all first-responders and allied health professionals.
