Attorney at Law – 8+ years experience

As a Financial Advisor, Bradley brings 8+ years of professional experience to StrategIQ. Bradley was a ‘Direct Admit’ to the prestigious Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business in 2010. After college, Bradley headed west to Portland, where, on a scholarship, he attended the top-ranked law school in Oregon - Lewis and Clark Law. After passing the bar exam on his first attempt, he became licensed to practice law in Oregon in 2013. Thereafter, Bradley became licensed to practice law in Texas in 2020, and then in Illinois in 2021. He is also a tax preparer and a notary public.

Bradley is efficient, effective, and detail-oriented in his analytical approach. He draws on all of his past professional experiences to identify and capitalize on strategic opportunities for his financial planning clients. Bradley is clear-minded and level-headed, having served as lead attorney in over a dozen jury trials, argued countless motions before judges, and having worked carefully on complex appellate litigation. Outside of the courtroom, Bradley has years of experience as a lawyer on the transactional side, and is experienced in counseling individuals and business clients through complex legal agreements and sensitive situations.

Between prepping for jury trials in 2019, Bradley studied for and passed the Series 65 Investment Adviser exam so he could begin working alongside his father Marc in the family business - Personal Financial Planning, Inc. He was pleased to help facilitate the merger of Personal Financial Planning, Inc. with StrategIQ Financial Group, LLC, and looks forward to a prosperous future working together to further the best interests and financial goals of our clients.

Bradley finds the world of financial planning endlessly fascinating. He is excited to follow in his father’s footsteps as a fiduciary financial planner with expertise in tax and estate planning. Bradley and his wife Jessica, who is also an attorney, welcomed their daughter Everett Rose to the world on January 6, 2021. His hobbies include music, sports, cooking, and traveling.
