Now in its ninth year, the Hawaii Food and Wine Festival features a roster of more than 150 internationally renowned master chefs, culinary personalities, winemakers and mixologists. The festival is put on by the nonprofit Hawaii Ag and Culinary Alliance, whose mission is to promote the islands locally grown, caught or raised products. Set in the lush paradise of three islands in Hawaii, the festival showcases the islands’ thriving culinary scene through 13 unique events featuring authentic style Hawaiian cuisine and some of the top culinary talents in the region.
