As Vice President of Wealth Management, Bob brings 30+ years of experience to SFG. He has served as an Investment Advisor, Financial Advisor, and Business Owner. He believes in treating clients with respect and the development of a trustworthy relationship through honesty and integrity. Bob has managed corporate executive investment portfolios and negotiated corporate insurance benefits including medical, workers compensations, property and liability.  

Bob graduated from Northern Illinois University with his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He continued his education at DePaul University where he earned his Master’s in Business Administration. He completed the College for Financial Planning Program and earned his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) designation. Bob is not only a wealth management executive, he is also an avid writer with numerous published works including: The Key to a Comfortable Retirement, How to Evaluate and Choose Mutual Funds, Socially Conscious Funds – Are They Worth a Look?, Conservative Moves For the Faint of Heart, Five Conditions for Investment Timing, Animal Will Power, First National Bank of Mom and Dad and more. He has been a six-time recipient of the Five Star Wealth Manager award. 

His passion for helping others caused him to open Barney’s friends, which is a non-profit organization whose mission is to help save God’s innocent domestic animals. His leadership skills helped him to be a Fraternity President, Camp Counselor, and football coach.
